Refund / Cancellation Policy

      If you feel the purchase is not suitable, You have a statutory right to a 14 day cooling-off period when purchasing online. This means you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods, anytime before and up to 14 calendar days, starting from the day after the goods are received by you, provided that the goods are in perfect condition and the packaging remains in an 'as new' state. we will accept it back providing it is in the original packaging and fit for re-sale.

     defective/faulty goods : If something is not quite right with your order

If a product is defective in any way, please return it as soon as possible after becoming aware of the defect and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages or damages from delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Please pack your product(s) and the original receipt carefully in the original box and packaging. please ensure nothing gets damaged in transit (the good(s) are your responsibility until they reach us).

     3.bring your package to the Post Office and ask for a receipt of postage. If you wish to return the item(s) directly to Beanhive we will be very happy to help you.

      Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. For the customer protection and convenience we recommend that customer use a recorded delivery service. Please note that all relevant packing slips and other documents should accompany the product on its return to Beanhive Ltd on No.26 Dawson Street Dublin2. Once this procedure has been adhered to and the goods are returned in their original packaging and fit for re-sale,the customer will then receive a full refund. Please note, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.
